So what my Auntie received was beautiful. However, it was nothing like the photo that I ordered on the website. I can’t complain about how full the arrangement was, how fresh, how vibrant, the speed of delivery, etc, but it just wasn’t what the website advertised. I wish there was a way to post both photos here. Sometimes an arrangement change isn’t a big deal as in my case, but someone who ordered to specifically coordinate would have been largely disappointed.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability.
